BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Grade 3 Point 6 - £18,065 pro rata per annum.  35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are looking for a creative, motivated and innovative team member with a commitment to personal development as well as promoting the continual development and reputation of the Federation, to join us. 

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of working in a busy office / school environment, be able to provide an efficient & professional administration service for all stakeholders, be able to work as part of a team and also have the initiative to work alone. This is a varied role dealing with a range of different people such as teachers, parents & carers and local authority representatives.

This role will have a focus on the Education Health Care Plan process within the Federation, providing essential administrative support across both St Bernard’s and St Lawrence School to ensure the process meets all requirements. 

The duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing an efficient administration service to support the EHCP process
  • Dealing with email, telephone and internal enquiries
  • Working to specific deadlines
  • Taking minutes at meetings involving a range of professionals, parents and carers
  • Working as part of the Business Support team

CLERK TO MULTI ACADEMY TRUST / GOVERNING BODY

Grade 5 Point 12 - £20,344 pro rata per annum.  Permanent.  3 hours per week / 156 hours per year, all year round

Lincolnshire Wolds Community Trust is an exciting, aspirational and innovative place in which to lead and learn.

Our Board of Directors and Governing Body are looking for a creative, motivated and innovative team member to join our team. The Board, Governing Body and serving Committees meet across the year holding some evening and some daytime meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the education sector, be able to provide an efficient & professional clerking service for our Trust, be able to work as part of a team and also have the initiative to work alone.

The post holder will be:

  • An efficient and effective administrator
  • Able to take detailed minutes of meetings
  • Sourcing and providing advice and guidance around governance, constitutional and procedural matters
  • IT proficient
  • Able to respect high levels of confidentiality

LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (LSA)

LSA 1 Grade 3 point 6 - £18,065 pro rata per annum.  Permanent position.  32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, from as soon as possible.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative practitioner with experience in supporting students with profound and complex needs to work across the Federation initially at St Bernard’s School, Louth.

Applicants should have energy for and experience in meeting students at their point of need around early communication skills, physical development, and addressing Education, Health and Care plan priorities, as well as having relevant NVQ qualifications or equivalent. Experience of working in special education, with profound and complex needs is essential.

The purpose of the role is to work with students in accordance with their aims and aspirations, and provide support across a range of activities to promote development and learning, skills for life and working towards adult ambitions
