SCHOOL RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR

PERMANENT

St Bernard’s School, Louth

Grade 3 Point 6 - £18,812 (FTE) pro rata per annum

35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

 

Lincolnshire Wolds Federation has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist based at St Bernard’s School in Louth.

 

Lincolnshire Wolds Federation, part of Lincolnshire Wolds Community Trust, is an exciting, aspirational and innovative place in which to lead and learn.  We are looking for a creative, motivated and innovative team member with a commitment to personal development as well as promoting the continual development and reputation of the Federation, to join us.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy Reception environment, be able to provide a welcoming & professional environment for visitors, be able to work as part of a team and also have the initiative to work alone. 

 

This is a key role within the Federation as our Receptionists are the first point of contact for a wide range of people including students, parents and professionals.

 

The duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing an efficient front line service for external and internal customers
  • Providing administration support to the School and Federation
  • Greeting visitors and making them feel welcomed into a professional environment
  • First in line to answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries etc.
  • Implementing safeguarding protocols for the security of our site

CLERK TO MULTI ACADEMY TRUST / GOVERNING BODY

PERMANENT

Grade 5 Point 12 - £21,153 pro rata per annum

3 hours per week / 156 hours per year, all year round – annualised contract

 

Lincolnshire Wolds Community Trust is an exciting, aspirational and innovative place in which to lead and learn. 

 

We are seeking a committed individual to support our Board of Directors and Governing Body, becoming an integral part of the team.   The Board, Governing Body and serving Committees meet across the year, virtually and face to face, holding some evening and some daytime meetings.

 

Our ideal candidate will have experience of the education sector, be able to provide an efficient & professional clerking service for our Trust, be able to work as part of a team and also have the initiative to work alone.

 

The post holder will be:

  • An efficient and effective administrator
  • Able to take detailed minutes of meetings
  • Sourcing and providing advice and guidance around governance, constitutional and procedural matters
  • IT proficient
  • Able to respect high levels of confidentiality

 

We will support with training as needed to build knowledge and confidence.
