We are seeking a permanent Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across the Federation initially at St Lawrence School, Horncastle. We are looking for a practioner who is enthusatic, motivated and creative with a commitment to supporting the development of our young people with a wide range of learning difficulties and additional needs.

You will be responsible for planning, delivery and assessment in consultation with teaching and learning leaders and teaching staff.

We are seeking a permanent Learning Support Assistant (Level 2) to work across the Federation initially at St Lawrence School, Horncastle. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative individual with a commitment to supporting the development of our young people with a wide range of learning difficulties ranging from moderate to severe, profound and complex across the Federation. The applicant should have energy for supporting positive behaviour, communication and complex needs and have a relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

The purpose of this role is to work with children and young people as directed, providing support to the Head of School and Teachers across a range of child centred activities which promote child development and learning.
